Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Global Design Responsible for Fuel Systems in Auburn Hills, MI. You will lead a team of engineers across the design, development, and release of fuel and urea delivery modules and related components for NA programs, ensuring manufacturability and robust packaging.

You will partner with Tier 1/2 suppliers, PAC and AVE groups to meet DFMEA/DVP&R standards and program milestones, while driving continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 10+ years design and release experience in fuels and urea systems (FDM/UDM/SCR).
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading directly or indirectly a group of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, including Developments Lead and Specialists, in the design, development, synthesis and release of Fuel and Urea Delivery Systems.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/2 suppliers, Advanced Vehicle Engineering, PCAL and EE to resolve packaging, feasibility, and timing issues.
• Ensure design releases meet milestones and quality requirements, and support ED&D and production sourcing decisions.
• Support program launches and in-plant build activities, SQ demonstrations, and cost-reduction initiatives.
