Job summary

• Experience managing global RFP/RFI and proposal processes in a B2B environment.
• Strong writing and editing to create concise, persuasive content.
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into cohesive, client-focused responses.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end proposal process for global RFPs, RFIs, rebids, presentations, and related materials.
• Translate client requirements into clear, differentiated, and commercially relevant narratives.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to understand opportunity priorities and win strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from Operations, Technology, Finance, Client Services, Implementation, and other SMEs.
• Develop and refine proposal content, executive summaries, cover letters, and supporting docs.
• Maintain and improve a centralized proposal content library and approved messaging.
• Manage proposal schedules, assignments, review checkpoints, approvals, and final submissions.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant with client instructions, and aligned with brand voice and value proposition.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal tools, templates, processes, and content quality.
• Track proposal activity and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
