Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in commercial real estate or property accounting with leadership.
• Experience with ERP and real estate accounting platforms (Yardi, MRI, SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-property portfolios and manage close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple property accounting teams delivering timely, accurate financial reporting for large CRE portfolios.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closings with adherence to controls and reporting standards.
• Review and approve financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and CBRE leadership.
