Qualifications

• Requires a degree in accounting or finance and at least 10 years of prior experience including management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple real estate accounting teams and ensure accurate client reporting.
• Prices scope changes and new services; manage pricing allocations in PeopleSoft.
• Ensure timely, accurate debt, real estate tax, sales tax and owner distribution payments.
• Review staff work product for accuracy and timeliness; supervise and plan staffing levels.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements within a matrix-driven environment.
