Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience including prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple real estate accounting teams to provide accurate and timely client reporting.
• Manage client relationships for multiple strategic accounts and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Supervise staff, approve recruitment decisions, and plan staffing and utilization.
• Analyze pricing for scope changes, price additional services, and create pricing estimates for new opportunities.
• Ensure monthly pricing allocations are entered into PeopleSoft and act as single point of contact for markets/clients.
