Qualifications

• Degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including prior management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms, principles and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global training team to develop and deliver onboarding, performance, and development programs.
• Coordinate departmental training sessions to ensure teams have required knowledge and resources.
• Manage a specialized support team for resolving complex operational issues and prioritizing work.
• Analyze and price scope changes and new services based on pricing platform insights.
