Terabase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Project Scheduling to build and lead a globally distributed team of schedulers within the Project Controls unit. You will own project schedules across multiple customer projects, ensure realistic timelines, and optimize resource loading.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Project Controls and emphasizes continuous improvement, risk management, and KPI-driven oversight with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field.
• Experience with scheduling platforms Primavera P6 or MS Project and IMS/IMP.
• Deep knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and best practices.
• 5+ years in project controls or scheduling within solar, heavy construction, or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, own, and manage integrated master schedules across projects and programs.
• Lead a distributed team of project schedulers with effective resource management.
• Collaborate with product engineering, procurement, quality, and operations to align schedules.
• Implement EVM and forecasting processes to monitor progress and cost variances.
• Coach team on best practices and drive continuous improvement.
