Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks a Lead Project Scheduler to manage Primavera P6 schedules for a portfolio of large-scale utility projects in the Boston area. You will collaborate with project directors, managers, engineers, and controls teams to develop, update, and monitor detailed schedules, forecasts, and progress metrics in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project controls or scheduling, strong CPM and EVM analysis skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience with contracts/RFPs is a plus.
• Experience on large-scale capital projects (utility, construction, infrastructure) valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across a portfolio of projects.
• Perform routine project updates and conduct critical path, float, variance, and trend analyses.
• Track schedule performance with earned value metrics and publish reports.
• Identify schedule risks and support change management and QA/QC.
• Lead weekly schedule review meetings with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal to embed project controls in RFPs and contracts.
• Review bidders' proposals for Schedule/PM criteria and advise on compliance.
• Serve as Project Controls liaison during contract award and execution.
