Job summary

Terabase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Project Scheduling to build and lead a globally distributed team of schedulers, owning integrated master schedules for multiple projects.

You will partner with Project Delivery to ensure realistic timelines, optimal resource allocation, and proactive risk management across production and deployment cycles. You will drive continuous improvements in scheduling accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency, overseeing IMS/IMP tools, EVM practices, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with scheduling platforms such as Primavera P6 or MS Project and detailed IMS/IMP and EVM tool development.
• Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and ability to lead implementation.
• 5+ years' experience in project controls, scheduling, or planning within solar/renewable energy or similar.
• Advanced or expert MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience building, scaling, and leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Willing to work in Hybrid (Home/Office) setup with minimal supervision.
• Up to 20% travel to headquarters in Northern California and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage the integrated master plan and master schedules for multiple projects and programs.
• Lead and mentor a distributed scheduling team across time zones to ensure performance and alignment with goals.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in scheduling workflows and cross-department requirements.
• Monitor KPI performance, cost and schedule variances, and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
