Job summary

VoltaGrid LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to lead the planning, development, and oversight of integrated schedules across multiple large-scale construction and energy infrastructure projects.

You will drive schedule governance, critical path, forecasting, and risk assessments, partnering with engineering, procurement, construction, and project leadership to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for multiple concurrent capital projects.
• Lead project scheduling strategy using Primavera P6 and other industry-standard planning tools.
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to support forecasting and controls.
• Perform critical path, float, earned value analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and leadership to develop execution plans and recovery strategies.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and present schedule health and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Monitor schedule performance, look-ahead scheduling, and identify interface issues and corrective actions.
• Integrate contractor/subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and resolve conflicts.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Mentor junior schedulers and support claims analysis and change management.
