Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects.
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharma, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive CPM scheduling, forecast, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple contractors, disciplines, and stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as PSP®, PMP®, or equivalent preferred.

The Planning & Scheduling Manager is responsible for development, maintenance, and analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule. Skills Required

• Minimum 15 years of planning and scheduling experience supporting major capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience with CPM scheduling, schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery planning.
• Experience coordinating schedule development across multiple contractors, disciplines, and project stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and related scheduling and schedule analysis tools.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing projects preferred.
• Experience in an Owner's Representative, PMC, EPCM, or Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) environment preferred.
• Experience supporting large projects with multiple phases exceeding $500 million TIC preferred.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis tools and quantitative schedule risk assessment methodologies preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PSP®, PMP®, or equivalent project controls credentials preferred.
