Qualifications

• 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects.
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharma, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive CPM scheduling, forecast, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple contractors, disciplines, and stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as PSP®, PMP®, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule across all project phases.
• Coordinate schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, startup.
• Ensure alignment of contractor schedules with milestones, execution strategies, and overall project objectives.
• Perform schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery planning.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
• Provide schedule performance reporting, trend analysis, and schedule insights to project leadership.
• Facilitate schedule reviews and support data-driven decision-making regarding project execution priorities.
• Lead and develop the planning and scheduling team while promoting scheduling excellence.
