Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Project Operations Manager to drive complex, global rollouts for our clients from Chicago or San Francisco. You'll own end-to-end delivery across POS, e-commerce, and card-issuing projects, coordinating with client teams and external partners.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage 5–10 projects simultaneously, align stakeholders across time zones, travel as needed, and help scale our deployment processes with an eye for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced with setting-up complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Client-facing experience and ability to lead conversations.
• Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish for client rollouts.
• Coordinate 5–10 projects simultaneously across 6 months to 2 years.
• Work with client and technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress clearly.
• Provide guidance on Adyen’s products and suitable solutions for clients.
• Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.
• Ensure successful handovers with scalable support processes.
