Job summary

Radix Engenharia e Software is seeking a Project Planner to work with program, project, and site teams to transform roadmaps into site level schedules and oversee execution of site activities. You will organize sessions, create site activity plans, RAID logs, capacity reports, and rollups to monitor progress across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally within Oil & Gas or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with engineers, technicians, and leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Good understanding of digital transformation initiatives and comfort with technical conversations.
• Change management or stakeholder engagement experience is a plus.
• English fluency (written and spoken) is required; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain project schedules using management tools.
• Structure activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, evaluating the impacts of changes.
• Perform capacity planning and resource leveling, proposing scenarios when necessary.
• Monitor work items with teams and consolidate status and deadlines.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks and mitigation recommendations.
• Generate Gantt charts and schedule reports for stakeholders and governance rituals.
• Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Coordinate between site and central project teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and milestones.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Consolidate and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming priorities.
