Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead scheduling activities across project lifecycles. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, and MS Office, coordinating with PMs, superintendents, and design teams to reflect contract requirements and company standards.

The role emphasizes progress tracking, dashboards, KPIs, and proactive analysis of delays and risks.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Office products.
• 2+ years of related construction scheduling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or 8 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud.
• Gather progress information, incorporate changes, and provide clear schedule reporting and analysis.
• Analyze delays, impacts, risks, and opportunities to support project decisions and claims avoidance.
