Radix is seeking a Project Planner to work with program, project, and site teams to transform roadmaps into site-level schedules across ~21 workstreams and oversee execution of the site activities.
The role requires 5+ years of project coordination or management experience in an industrial setting, strong organizational and planning skills, and excellent communication with engineers and leaders. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or Smartsheet is expected. English fluency is required.

The Project Planner will work closely with program, project, and sites teams. The focus will be on transforming roadmaps with milestones and deliverables for ~ 21 workstreams into site level schedules and oversee the execution of the site activities. The Project Planner will need to be able to organize working sessions to develop plans per site, create the activity schedule for each site, create the RAID log for each site, build resource capacity reports and develop rollup reports to monitor progress of the site and it workstreams. Once the plan is established, the professional will need to support the execution by establishing reoccurring meetings to gather updates on progress of the planned schedule, follow up on actions, issues, decisions, and update risk related to the work.
