Job summary

Radixeng seeks a Project Planner to coordinate schedules across multiple site workstreams and oversee execution of site activities. You will create and maintain schedules, manage RAID logs, and generate status reports for governance forums.

The role requires 5+ years in project coordination or management in industrial environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally within Oil & Gas or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with engineers, technicians, and leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar).
• English fluency (written and spoken) is required; other languages are a plus.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain project schedules using management tools.
• Structure activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, evaluating the impacts of changes.
• Perform capacity planning and resource leveling, proposing scenarios when necessary.
• Monitor work items with teams and consolidate status and deadlines.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks and mitigation recommendations.
• Generate Gantt charts and schedule reports for stakeholders and governance rituals.
• Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Coordinate between site and central project teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and milestones.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Consolidate and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming priorities.
