Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex multi-location product development from concept through deployment. You will coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to maintain schedules, costs, and milestones, while communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience, hands-on leadership, and strong presentation skills. This role requires independent work, global collaboration, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Experience leading projects from concept through deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Travel up to 10% required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure prototype and production drawings readiness.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to share drawings and engage engineers with suppliers.
• Ensure prototype parts delivery as planned and track with suppliers and factory.
• Coordinate prototype installation with engineering teams and address turnbacks.
• Ensure production drawings are on schedule and updated for changes.
• Manage program stakeholders, schedule, scope, cost, risk, interdependencies, and resources with PM/Director.
• Support program reviews, gate reviews, and executive communications.
• Plan, track, and communicate goals, schedule, cost, and milestones.
• Facilitate team meetings and provide leadership focused on deliverables and timelines.
• Support process improvements within the program management team.
