Job summary

Otis is seeking a Project Manager to support multi-location, cross-functional teams from concept through production and field deployment. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, and requirements, collaborating with sales, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing and field operations.

The role requires a BS in engineering (or equivalent) and 5+ years of PM experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required / BS in engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Hands-on project leadership from concept to deployment with multi-functional, global teams.
• Experience managing competing priorities, distributed teams, and cross-organizational stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Project, Word, Excel) required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering and subsystems owners to ensure prototype and production drawings readiness.
• Work with Supply Chain to share drawings and engage engineers with suppliers for discussions.
• Ensure prototype parts delivery according to plan and track with suppliers and factory.
• Coordinate prototype installation and address turnbacks from installation and tests.
• Ensure production drawings are on schedule and tracked with changes from tests.
• Manage program stakeholders, schedule, scope, cost, risk, interdependencies and resources.
• Support project reviews, gate reviews, and executive communications.
• Plan and communicate goals, trades, schedule, cost, and milestones.
• Facilitate team meetings with leadership focus on deliverables and timelines.
• Support process improvements and tool adoption within the program management team.
