Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support multi-location, cross-functional teams from concept through production and field deployment. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, and requirements with sales, supply chain, engineering, and field operations.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong collaboration across global teams. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a focus on delivering on-time milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Hands-on project leadership from concept through deployment.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Project, Word, Excel).
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering teams and subsystem owners to ensure prototype and production drawings readiness.
• Engage supply chain to share drawings and involve the right engineer for technical discussions and issue resolution.
• Track prototype parts delivery and follow up with suppliers and factory.
• Coordinate prototype installation and manage turnbacks from installation and tests.
• Manage program stakeholders, schedule, scope, cost, risk, interdependencies, and resources.
