Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Modifications and Upgrades program, coordinating with customers, engineers, manufacturing, vendors, and integrators to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget. The role requires steering multiple projects, managing budgets, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

You will oversee kickoff meetings, develop schedules, assess risks, and drive successful project closeout while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience and 3+ years of successful experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel for business within the continental US and Canada from 35% to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 projects concurrently at varying end-customer locations.
• Develop and maintain customer-valued relationships.
• Manage the transition from Sales to Operations and lead Project Kickoff Meetings.
• Review project contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and communicate it internally and externally.
• Coordinate with Engineering to assign resources and with Procurement for vendors and subcontracts.
• Communicate status to customers and manage project risks and changes.
