Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Modifications and Upgrades business, acting as the primary customer contact during project execution and coordinating with customers, engineers, manufacturing, vendors, and installation crews to ensure scope, budget and schedule are met. This role oversees all aspects of the project including deadlines, progress, and communications.

This position involves leading 3–5 projects, developing schedules, managing costs and risks, and driving milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 to 5 projects at a time across multiple end customer locations.
• Develop and maintain customer-valued relationships.
• Manage the transition from Sales to Operations and lead kickoff meetings.
• Review project contract requirements and develop a project schedule.
