Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to drive successful modifications and upgrades. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating engineers, manufacturing teams, vendors and integrators to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, travel up to 50% across US/Canada, and strong MS Office and Microsoft Project skills. Dematic offers competitive compensation and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience and 3+ years of successful experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel for business within the continental US and Canada from 35% to 50%.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 to 5 projects at a time with different scopes and locations.
• Develop and maintain customer valued relationships.
• Manage transition from Sales to Operations and lead kickoff meetings.
• Review project contract requirements and develop a project schedule.
• Coordinate resources, procurement, vendors and subcontracts.
• Establish milestones, billable deliverables and invoicing schedules.
• Maintain consistent communications with the customer on project status.
• Forecast monthly costs for revenue recognition and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Provide direction to project team and subcontractors to coordinate work.
