Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex projects with demanding scope, cost, and time constraints. The role requires 50%+ travel in the United States and leadership of project teams across engineering, installation, and integration activities.

You will manage risks, profitability forecasts, and invoicing while guiding pre-sales and solution development. Strong communication and MS Project proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required
• 3-5 years' experience in material handling or equivalent field preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; proven project leadership

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project profitability forecasts and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide project management leadership to pre-sales efforts and solution development.
• Develop detailed project schedules with in-scope and out-of-scope milestones.
• Apply systems engineering principles to project execution and pre-sales activities.
