Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple modifications and upgrades projects across customer locations. You will coordinate with electrical, mechanical, software, and installation teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet scope and customer expectations.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to drive projects from kickoff to closeout. Travel up to 50% within the continental US and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience and 3+ years of successful experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel 35%–50% within continental US and Canada; travel on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 to 5 projects concurrently across customer sites.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and project schedules.
• Coordinate Sales to Operations transition and lead kickoff meetings.
• Review contract requirements and manage resources and subcontractors.
• Communicate project status and risks, drive change orders when needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance and financial closeout.
