TMEIC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage a matrix team across electrical and automation projects with typical cycles of 1 to 2 years. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including suppliers, ensure contract commitments are met, and manage risk and budgets while serving as the main client contact for assigned projects.

Preferred candidates have 5 years of PM experience with capital contracts over $1M, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in electrical and automation systems for heavy industries.
• Proven commercial negotiation and financial acumen.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and resources for on-time delivery.
• Ensure client contracts and terms are met and project budgets are tracked.
• Identify risks, develop abatement plans, and manage risk to meet targets.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client relationships across projects.
• Report project performance, trends, and status to management and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements for sales and project execution.
