Job summary

TMEIC in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage matrix teams through multi-year electrical and automation systems projects. You will coordinate cross-functional resources, manage client contracts, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; strong negotiation, financial acumen, and leadership are essential; Oracle/BI and CRM experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, business administration, finance, computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• 2 years of PM experience in electrical/automation systems for energy, oil & gas, mining, etc., with contracts >$1M.
• Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills and financial acumen.
• Proven client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams for successful execution.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Provide timely updates on project performance and status to management.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to sales and project execution.
• Produce and maintain records of communications, variations, and activities per guidelines.
