Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, business administration, finance, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
• 2 years of project management experience in electrical and automation systems for heavy industries with contracts over $1M.
• Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen for sound business decisions.
• Strong client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Proven leadership, teamwork, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including parent company resources and suppliers, for successful execution.
• Ensure client contracts are fulfilled per terms and conditions.
• Assess and mitigate risk to meet project budgets and targets.
• Act as single point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve client issues, escalating as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and report business unit data to management.
• Provide timely updates on project performance, processes, market trends, and relationships.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to sales management and project execution.
• Maintain records of project communications, variations, and activities per guidelines.
