Job summary

The PMO reports to the Head of PMO and collaborates with all teams to drive integration, efficiency, and innovation, while mentoring stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with system implementations, process redesign, or M&A integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with business leaders and teams to align goals with strategy.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation.
• Report progress to executives and the PMO.
