Job summary

CENIC in California seeks an Associate Project Manager to support the PMO, planning and managing initiatives of moderate size with supervision, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget. The role partners with other PMs to provide timely solutions and maintain quality.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and PM certification preferred, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of degree.
• Project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support other Project Managers to accomplish milestones and handle activities that require multiple PMs.
• Effectively manage multiple competing projects and shifting priorities.
• Day-to-day project support for multiple small to medium projects and teams.
• Track projects, assess risks, and escalate issues with mitigation plans.
