Job summary

AEG is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive global technology projects from initiation through closing. You will lead complex programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior stakeholders across the organization.

You will coach project managers, ensure governance, and present updates at PMI community forums. This role requires PMP certification, strong leadership, and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in technology or related field.
• 4–6 years leading complex IT projects or programs.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with enterprise apps and data infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex global IT projects, ensuring objectives and deliverables meet requirements.
• Lead project plans and documentation following PMO processes across all lifecycle stages.
• Coach and mentor other project managers and cross-functional teams in best practices.
• Gather requirements with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope.
• Use appropriate PM methodologies to ensure successful planning and execution.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with proper change control.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate weekly team meetings with agendas, minutes and action items.
• Present project status in required meetings and forums.
• Present PMO governance and project execution discussions at PMI community events.
