Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Project Manager to support the Enterprise PMO. You will coordinate multi-functional teams, ensure projects are planned, scheduled, and executed on time and within budget, following established processes.

The role is remote with flexible collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of cross-functional project experience, strong MS Office and Smartsheet skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working on cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) and SharePoint
• Effective analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with project management principles and Smartsheet or similar software
• Sound organizational habits for goal setting, problem solving, deadlines, and record keeping
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Implement established Great Minds processes and procedures in alignment with industry best practices for project management across multiple projects
• Create, update, and manage all required project documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams to define and document project scope and requirements through an iterative process
• Work with teams to determine resources needed to accomplish project goals within negotiated project timeline
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in Smartsheet with dependencies
• Anticipate, document, manage project risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Manages change, including documentation of required scope changes and negotiating time adjustments as needed
• Monitors costs against the project budget and reports on variance to stakeholders
• Cultivates strong working relationships with cross-functional professionals throughout the organization
• Other project support as needed
