Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years directly related experience in a project governance or support role.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience with PMO or managing delivery teams is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project controls structures to track compliance.
• Oversee document control, QA/QC, and delivery assurance.
• Collaborate with client finance for cost reporting.
• Establish centralized data governance for global consistency.
• Provide regular project reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Drive process improvement and sustainability initiatives.
• Create and maintain playbooks, protocols, and risk assessments.
