Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to manage and optimize project controls, data governance, and reporting across real estate and workplace portfolio. This role ensures quality project delivery and data integrity in accordance with client and C&W processes.

Responsibilities include centralized controls, governance models, and collaboration with IT and finance to maintain data accuracy. Requires 3+ years PM governance experience and knowledge of PowerBI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role.
• Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies and processes.
• PMP or PMI-CP certification is a plus.
• Experience with budget, cost and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Manage centralized project controls and data governance frameworks for global consistency.
• Develop/maintain controls structures and document control, QA/QC, and delivery assurance.
• Collaborate with client finance for cost reporting and standardized reporting.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards to senior management.
• Support training, upskilling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
