Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Controls Specialist to manage controls and data governance across global real estate and workplace projects. You will establish centralized frameworks, ensure data integrity, and drive standardized reporting in alignment with delivery processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, Client Technology, and business units to integrate data platforms, deliver dashboards, and improve operational efficiency. A PMP/PMI-CP is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role.
• PMO experience overseeing internal and external delivery teams.
• Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
• Experience with budget, cost and profitability management.
• PM/PMO certifications (PMP/ PMI-CP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain controls structures establishing clear process expectations for delivery and tracking compliance.
• Oversee document control, auditing, QA/QC, and delivery assurance activities.
• Collaborate with client finance for cost reporting and uniform reporting requirements.
• Support project delivery, project management, and quality control across project categories.
• Implement governance models and training initiatives for controls and data governance.
• Provide centralized data governance frameworks for global consistency and dashboards for senior management.
