Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to lead centralized project controls and robust data governance for global real estate and workplace projects. The role focuses on governance frameworks, analytics, and compliance across multiple client delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years in project governance, strong data-reporting skills, and experience with PMO environments. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role
• Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, processes
• Proven experience working in a Program Management Office (PMO)
• PMP or PMI-CP a plus
• Experience/competency with reporting platforms such as PowerBI also a plus
• Experience managing budget, cost and profitability of a company or account

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain centralized project controls and governance frameworks for global consistency.
• Collaborate with client finance teams for cost reporting and uniform reporting requirements.
• Provide regular updates, project reporting, and performance dashboards to senior management.
• Support training and upskilling initiatives related to project controls and data governance.
• Leverage analytics and reporting tools to monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including risk assessments and compliance reports.
