Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to optimize project controls, data governance, and delivery quality across a global real estate portfolio. You will establish centralized controls, ensure data integrity, and drive compliance with client and internal standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with finance, IT, and business units to deliver transparent reporting, robust governance, and continuous improvement across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role.
• Experience with project controls, data governance, and reporting.
• Knowledge of PMO processes and corporate governance standards.
• PM/BI tooling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain governance strategies for audit, measure, and remediate compliance with processes and controls.
• Establish centralized data management systems for real estate and workplace projects.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards to senior management.
• Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to ensure data platform alignment.
• Support training and upskilling in project controls and data governance.
