Job summary

Raytheon seeks an experienced International Program Manager to lead the execution of international programs from planning through delivery at our Louisville, KY facility. You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, contracts, and business development, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires leading complex programs, traveling internationally as needed, and ensuring compliance with government and defense

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in program/project management.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• PM Level 6 certification or ability to obtain within a year.

Responsibilities

• Manage international programs across full lifecycle, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer organizations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet program commitments and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor risks, report progress, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
