Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience plus 8+ years in manufacturing, operations, or similar environment.
• Experience managing plans, BOEs, and schedules in cross-functional settings.
• Active, transferable DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence program and functional managers to support process-focused factories.
• Own factory integration, program performance, and requirements flow-down.
• Serve as Operations point of contact for proposals and cost challenges.
• Develop operations requirements for gate reviews and implement strategies.
• Own the program’s Operations EAC and budget.
• Present program status at Monthly Management Reviews.
• Direct support of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
• Support development and transition to production; NPI/TTP knowledge preferred.
• Travel up to 20%.
