Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC seeks an International Programs Coordinator to oversee global educational activities, coordinate international meetings, and ensure accreditation compliance across programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content, recruit speakers, and manage budgets while maintaining documentation.

The role supports membership initiatives and humanitarian projects, reporting to leadership, and balancing onsite and remote responsibilities in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional education with an international focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with medical education and accreditation standards preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and strategic mindset.
• Availability for travel, including annual meetings and international events.
• Familiarity with non-profits or medical associations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international educational programs, including content development, speaker recruitment, and material preparation.
• Develop budgets and manage financial aspects of assigned activities, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Represent the organization at global meetings, fostering relationships with international societies.
• Support compliance with accreditation standards for educational activities, maintaining required documentation.
• Coordinate international activities at annual meetings, including program development and on-site management.
• Assist in marketing and communication efforts tailored to global audiences for annual meetings.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning for international programs.
• Support special projects and routine departmental initiatives as needed.
