Job summary

Relativity in Chicago is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives within the Global Business Operations team. You will shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and drive programs with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units.

You will influence through credibility and clarity, manage roadmaps, governance, and risk, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment with hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives
• Ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems
• Autonomous, capable of making decisions with minimal guidance
• Proficient governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward shared goals
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive accountability
• Partner with GBO teammates and stakeholders across units
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution
• Run governance structures like steering committees and logs
• Communicate updates with executive presence to leadership
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
