Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, connecting executive sponsors with IT, Finance, Legal, and other partners to shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and keep moving parts aligned toward shared outcomes with influence rather than formal authority.

You will build integrated roadmaps, manage risks, and run governance to drive decisions across multiple workstreams while collaborating

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems or financial systems programs.
• Autonomous decision-making and structure-building in ambiguity.
• Knowledge of program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define strategy, success measures, and priorities with sponsors and leaders.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surface dependencies, and resolve conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust.
• Partner with GBO and other business units, aligning stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps with scope, timelines, budgets, resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions toward resolution.
• Run governance, steering committees, logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate concisely with senior/executive leaders.
