Job summary

Relativity, based in Portland, ME, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives within Global Business Operations. You will translate strategy into clear plans, drive execution, and align multiple teams with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.

You will build integrated roadmaps, surface dependencies, and deliver concise updates to senior leaders while guiding programs through ambiguity with structured governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-making and structured approach to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and keep teams aligned toward shared goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold peers accountable.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units as a trusted partner.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate updates to senior and executive leadership with clarity.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
