Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly experienced GTM Manager to lead a team of PS consultants delivering best-practice implementations for Global Trade, Compliance, and Tax solutions. You will collaborate with Sales to drive revenue, upsell opportunities, and ensure successful client outcomes across Fortune 500 accounts.

You will oversee multi-project delivery, partner with Product Management and Engineering, and coach a team towards excellence in enterprise software deployments across ONESOURCE

Responsibilities

• Interact with client Global Trade, Compliance, Tax and Technology professionals in Fortune 500 clients.
• Lead a team of 10 PS consultants, supporting their professional development.
• Lead business and requirements sessions and formulate into design/solution documentation for high visibility and complex projects.
• Engage with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions.
• Ensure team's implementations are running smoothly and tracking towards timely completion.
• Promote positive relationships with our clients and handle any potential escalation issues that arise within the team's projects.
• Perform lead role as applicable on large, complex projects.
• Support sales teams by partnering as the PS representative in commercial conversations and creating SOWs.
• Drive $1M in Upsells
• Drive > $1.5M in Sales Support
• Drive > $1.5M in Revenue
