Job summary

Relativity seeks an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping strategy and translating it into clear action plans across IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.

You will influence senior leaders, manage complex roadmaps, and drive outcomes with strong governance, communication, and collaboration. Hybrid/Remote work with a competitive total compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without authority.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-level programs from strategy to execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-making and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executives.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold partners accountable.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance with steering committees, logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate updates to senior and executive leadership with clarity.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
