Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead post-sale enterprise programs in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will drive governance, adoption, and long-term value by partnering with customer leaders, delivery teams, and commercial stakeholders from kickoff to adoption.

Remote position for US-based candidates; compensation is $125,000–$150,000 annually. You will bridge Professional Services, Customer Success, Account teams, and Product Management in a fast-paced, matrixed

Qualifications

10+ years of client-facing implementation or program leadership experience in Life Sciences/Biotech.
Engage with senior-level stakeholders including C-suite.
Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams to drive transformational change.
Experience managing multi-workstream enterprise SaaS deployments, including project budgeting & reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee post-sale activities for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless implementation and support.
Develop and execute governance, change management, and success plans with customer leaders.
Act as a diplomatic partner to enhance customer experience and drive urgency in service delivery.
Collaborate with enterprise account executives to grow customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
Support the creation of customer experience proposals leveraging subject matter expertise.
Coordinate Professional Services and Customer Success activities to maximize customer value and advocacy.
Engage with Product Management to align customer needs with product development.
