Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies seeks a project leader to own end-to-end delivery of IT-enabled business initiatives across the US and EMEA. You will partner with IT and business Stakeholders to define requirements, manage budgets, and ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include system integration, data migration, UAT oversight, and post-implementation adoption, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams in a regulated life sciences context.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in project management or equivalent work experience.
• Experience delivering IT system projects within a multi-site organisation.
• ERP implementation or integration experience including data migration.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for business-led IT projects.
• Translate operational needs into system requirements with IT teams.
• Own project plan, budget, risk/issue logs and dependencies.
• Deliver system integration activities at project level and data migration.
• Lead UAT, test scripts, defect triage and go/no-go evidence.
