Job summary

Benchling is seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to oversee the post-sale experience for our largest Enterprise customers. You will coordinate implementation, customer success, and support to ensure rapid time-to-value and expansion opportunities across major biopharma accounts.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in client-facing program leadership within Life Sciences or software, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead multi-workstream deployments in an enterprise SaaS

Qualifications

• Must have deep Life Sciences R&D domain knowledge and ability to engage with C-suite on complex programs.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional post-sale programs in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering transformational change and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sale activities across implementation, support, customer success, and optimization for Enterprise customers.
• Partner with enterprise account teams to create and execute governance, adoption, and success plans.
• Coordinate professional services, support, and success activities to drive value and adoption.
