Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to own customer success across the Commercial product line, coordinating with Product, Sales, and services teams to deliver value to one of our largest clients.

This role requires 7+ years in large-scale Pharma programs, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead diverse global teams. Work may occur at customer sites, home offices, or offsite meetings with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing)
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients
• Track record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex technology implementations
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers
• Proven executive communication skills
• Ability to influence at the executive level and manage ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for Veeva’s Commercial product line at a major customer
• Partner with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment and transformation roadmaps
• Establish post-deployment application management
• Support proposals and contract negotiations for services
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities
