Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead large-scale pharmaceutical transformations, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver value for industry-leading customers.

You will manage cross-functional teams, guide deployment roadmaps, and drive post-deployment governance while partnering with executives to ensure measurable business outcomes and successful adoption of Veeva's Commercial Cloud.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space.
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Track record of leading diverse global teams to deliver large technology implementations.
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers.
• Proven executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence at the executive level.
• Ability to work with third parties and maintain program cadence.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of our largest customers.
• Deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish post-deployment application management.
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
